Voor vrouwen die begeleiding zoeken rondom geboorte, moederschap, persoonlijke groei en heling.

Bij Studio Moederkracht begeleid ik vrouwen in het moederschap – vanaf het prilste begin tot ver daarna. Mijn expertise ligt in de eerste 1000 dagen, de meest vormende periode in het leven van moeder én kind. Maar ik ben er ook voor elke vrouw die voelt: er is iets dat aandacht vraagt.

Met jarenlange ervaring in de kraamzorg, verdiepende opleidingen én mijn eigen reis als moeder van vier kinderen, bied ik begeleiding die verder kijkt dan het zichtbare. Een plek waar jouw verhaal ertoe doet. Waar ruimte is voor groei, heling en vertraging.

Ik werk met geboorte-inzicht, innerlijk kindwerk, systemische opstellingen, rituelen en symboliek. Ook bied ik creatieve tools uit mijn eigen Nensies Collectie – ontwikkeld om je te helpen landen, helen, in je kracht te komen en thuis te komen bij jezelf.

Ik luister naar wat onder de oppervlakte beweegt. Naar verhalen die gehoord willen worden. Naar de moeder, de vrouw, de mens achter het ‘moeten’.

Naast individuele sessies bied ik workshops, cirkels, retreats en schreef ik het boek (Uit)kraamverhalen – over geboorte, kwetsbaarheid en moederkracht.

Of je nu verlangt naar zachtheid, inzicht of stevigheid: je bent welkom. Precies zoals je bent.
